Cancellation Policy
To initiate the cancellation of any product purchased from www.chawlawatchcompany.com, customers may submit a cancellation request.

Cancellations or exchanges are only permitted before the order is "shipped/in processing stage". Once the order enters this stage, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

Approved cancellation requests will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7 business days.

In the case of an exchange, any price difference must be borne by the customer.

Orders placed through financing options (such as Bajaj Finance or other EMI facilities) are not eligible for cancellation.

If the product has already been shipped, the cancellation will follow our Exchange and Refund Policy, and associated terms and conditions will apply.

For orders exceeding ₹10,000, a 2% deduction will be applied to cover payment gateway processing fees. The remaining amount will be refunded.

For store pickup orders, cancellations must be placed before the order reaches the status "Stock In-Transit" or "Ready for Store Pickup".

If an order is refused at delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges once the product is returned.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion due to reasons such as quantity limitations, pricing errors, fraud detection, or other issues. You will be notified via email or phone regarding cancellations.
Exchange & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-Day Easy Exchange Policy for eligible purchases.
To request an exchange or refund:

Submit your request at chawlawatchco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging, along with the invoice and all accessories.

The item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition (free from scratches, marks, or adjustments).

Any modification (such as bracelet or strap resizing) renders the product ineligible for return.

Returned items must include: original packaging, invoice, warranty card, manuals, and hang tags. Products not meeting these conditions will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Return Processing: Returns must be initiated within Two Days of receiving the package.

Upon receipt, the item will be inspected by our quality control team to verify no internal or external tampering.

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days and processed to the original payment method.

If the product is not defective, two-way courier charges will be deducted.

For remote locations not serviceable by Bluedart, the customer must self-ship the product. In this case, only one-way shipping charges will be deducted.

These are governed by manufacturer warranty only.
Defective Items:

Defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Verified defective products will be replaced promptly.

For sale or promotional items, return pickup charges are to be borne by the buyer for store credit requests.

For international orders or financed purchases, returns and cancellations are not accepted.

In case of a tampered package, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately. We cannot be held liable for accepted damaged deliveries.

We reserve the right to deny return/exchange requests from customers with repeated or suspicious return patterns.
